Find hereafter all the details to take some well-deserved time-off!
When working under a permanent contract (CDI) in France, you are allowed 5 weeks of paid vacations per year, which are called CP (”Congés Payés” in French).
How to take your paid vacation days (CP):
Please note the different types of contract are subject to the same rules.
For those with a permanent contract, you also get 2,50 hours per worked week of extra time-off (these are called RTT). It’s all pretty complex calculations but for information, in 2024 any executive employee (”cadre” in French) with such contract will get 10 extra RTT
You are free to request some of this time off directly on our online tool My silae when agreed upon with your hierarchy. You can mix CP and RTT days when requesting time-off for that week parachute training session in Portugal you’ve always dreamed of.
Please, note the company is closed for mandatory holidays between Christmas and New Year’s Eve every year. If you have questions regarding this specific matter, feel free to ask to our recruiting team or read more about it on the Ministère du Travail here
