At Latitude, we understand our teammates may occasionally face health-related challenges that require time off from work. We prioritize the well-being of our teams and strive to create a healthy and supportive work environment.
At Latitude, once your trial period is validated, you are being paid on the first day of sickness absence, pending you provide a doctor certificate. This policy is better than the one of our labor agreement, which allows for no unpaid sickness day only after a full year within a company.
Any absence due to illness must be justified by a sick leave certificate issued by an approved doctor and submitted within 48 hours to the HR team or hierarchies.
Our private insurance is Kenko and it is paid for 50% by Latitude and 50% by each employee. The contribution is deducted directly from the salary each month. Depending on medical needs, Kenko offers the possibility of choosing additional cover for either optics, dental or town doctor at no additional cost.
Please note that there is a family package which the company tops up at 50% of the cost.
