So, whether from the comfort from your home in Reims or your home far away, there’s a comprehensive home office policy within Latitude. All teams are used to regularly working this way, our digital tools are adapted and working remotly is allowed within a framework defined with your hierarchy.
A 21,40€ Home office allowance will be automatically added to your monthly salary whether your work from home very often or not. It’s meant to contribute to the cost of electricty ⚡ and internet connection 📶 home office requires. Please, note this allowance is free of tax so it goes all in your pocket!
